Foundational
This is where it all begins
This level allows you to discover how the apparatus work and the core principles of the Pilates method.
Our instructors take the time to correct each posture and adapt exercises to your pace.
You build essential foundations by developing strength, flexibility… and activating muscles you didn’t even know you had!
The Foundational level is key for progressing safely and sustainably.
Intermediate
Take Flight
At this stage, you have mastered the fundamentals and feel comfortable with the equipment. Terms like Footbar, Push Thru, Footwork, or Elephant are already part of your vocabulary.
The sequences become more fluid, intensity increases, and new exercises are introduced to enrich your practice.

Advanced
Set Sail for New Horizons
Transitions are quick, sequences are more complex, and energy is high!
At this level, you are independent and able to adjust your practice according to your needs. You have mastered the classics, such as the Teaser and Long Stretch, and are ready to push your limits.
Instructor approval is required to access this level.
