Prepare Your Session
Whether it’s your first time or not, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your session under the best conditions.

⏰ Arrival at the Studio
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your session starts. This gives you time to change, put your belongings down, settle in calmly… and begin to center yourself.

👕 What to Wear and Bring?
You don’t need much to practice:

Comfortable, flexible sportswear (leggings, t-shirt, sports bra…)

No shoes required: Pilates is practiced barefoot or with non-slip socks

Socks: required for your safety and hygiene

Hair tied back

🧘♂️ Equipment is Provided
All the necessary equipment is provided:
mats, reformers, cushions, accessories, and more. All you need to do is focus on your practice.
Our studios are designed to welcome you in the best conditions: clean, calm, organized, and made for your comfort.

💬 For Your First Session
No worries if it’s your first time: our instructors will take the time to guide you. You don’t need any prior experience — just come as you are, with curiosity and a desire to move!

Something came up? Please cancel your booking within the timeframe indicated in our cancellation policy, so your spot can be offered to someone else.
