Trio Classes – Mat & Equipment
Trio classes offer a complete practice combining mat work and apparatus (Reformer, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector).
With a very limited number of participants, each student receives personalized guidance and can access equipment usually reserved for private sessions.
This combination allows for faster and more precise learning, while providing deep physical and mental well-being.


Duo Classes – Mat & Equipment
Semi-private (Duo) classes follow the same principle as private sessions, but with two participants.
Exercises, performed on all equipment and mats, can be the same or different depending on each person’s goals. Perfect for sharing the experience of personalized guidance!
Private Classes
Private sessions provide precise, personalized training, ensuring maximum effectiveness. They are especially suitable for individuals with specific needs (athletes, back issues, osteoporosis) or those seeking optimal results.
Your program, designed from an initial assessment, targets your personal goals and expectations. Each session includes tailored strengthening and flexibility work, as well as a relaxation phase to conclude the class.
Exercises are performed on all equipment and mats, offering fully customized guidance for optimal results.


Mat Classes – Pilates Matwork
In small groups of up to 5 people, Matwork classes are practiced on the floor, with or without small equipment (ring, foam roller, ball, resistance band…).
Each session is tailored to your level and guided with care and precision to ensure a high-quality workout in a supportive environment.
A complete and progressive practice to strengthen, increase flexibility, and improve posture.
