A human, precise and passionate approach to Pilates
Founder of Harmonie Pilates Studio, I am a classical Pilates instructor trained on all of the apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector…
But before dedicating myself fully to this discipline, I worked for many years in a very different field: accounting. It was through Pilates that I finally found what I had been missing — a balance between body and mind, structure and fluidity, challenge and well-being.
A vocation born from personal experience
Deeply passionate about this method, I want to share what has transformed me so profoundly, both physically and mentally.
Today, my goal is to share this approach with passion, kindness and positivity, tailoring each session to the person, their needs, their energy and their history with movement.
I genuinely believe that “physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness,” as Joseph Pilates said.
My mission: to help you feel better in your body, and to move with awareness, strength and freedom.

Anne - Sophie
Pilates Method Instructor French
My journey began in media buying — a structured, strategic world where I spent nearly twenty years navigating numbers, fast-paced environments and the demands of the industry. It taught me precision, responsiveness and a strong sense of timing — skills I unexpectedly found again in another discipline: Pilates.
Little by little, the practice took up more space in my life until it became an obvious path. Training in classical Pilates allowed me to shift toward a profession that is more concrete, more physical, and more aligned with what I love: understanding, refining and sharing.
I am now trained in classical Pilates and hold the French CQP ALS AGEE certification. My teaching is rooted in a rigorous method, faithful to Joseph Pilates’ principles, with constant attention to alignment, breathing and quality of movement.
I have practiced dance (modern jazz, ballet and contemporary) and Iyengar yoga for many years. These disciplines enrich my teaching with an attentive eye for movement — both sensitive and demanding. I also place strong emphasis on anatomy, not as an abstract science, but as a living, practical framework that supports precise and mindful movement.
My classes are structured, dynamic, and tailored to each student’s level. My energy is spontaneous and warm, yet always guided by a clear framework: I value intensity as much as precision.
My aim is simple: to help every student progress, better understand their body, and build strength without ever rushing or forcing it.
